Performance Features:

The main equipment of Yuanshenghong silicone sealant production is the high-speed disperser. The high-speed disperser is an efficient mixing equipment that integrates dispersion, stirring, and mixing without dead spots. It has three motors and three different types of agitators inside the kettle. One agitator rotates around the kettle's axis, while the other two agitators rotate at high speeds around their own axes at different speeds, causing the material to undergo complex motion inside the kettle, resulting in intense shearing and kneading. The kettle is equipped with a mountain-shaped scraper that rotates around the kettle's axis, scraping off raw materials adhering to the walls and bottom, ensuring optimal results. The kettle adopts a special sealing structure, allowing vacuum extraction with excellent degassing and bubble removal effects. The jacket of the cylinder can be heated or cooled according to user needs. The discharging method is pressure-based, and the cylinder cover can be hydraulically lifted while the cylinder body can move freely, making operation very simple.

Usage Instructions:

First, conduct experiments using the 5L experimental machine. During the experiment, use testing instruments to check the quality of raw materials and experimental sealant. Then, use Yuanshenghong 5000L/3000L/1100L high-speed dispersers to produce the base material. For high-grade silicone sealants, use a three-roll mill/twin-screw mixer to grind the base material. Next, use Yuanshenghong 1100L/600L dispersers for sealant production. During base material and sealant production, apply vacuum (for defoaming and degassing) and use a cooling tower to circulate cold water for temperature reduction. Finally, use different packaging machines for filling (depending on the product, such as plastic bottle hard tube packaging, soft film packaging, or large barrel packaging).
